Biziebiz agrees to provide marketing and consulting services, which may include but are not limited to:
Consulting to optimize the client’s presence on Yelp, Google, and other online platforms
Management of Yelp and Google pages/accounts
Strategic guidance on marketing strategies and customer acquisition
Setting up and managing profiles on HelloNeighbor.info
Consulting on sponsored ads and pay-per-click campaigns (Yelp, Google, Facebook)
Client agrees to pay the monthly fee listed in the invoice.
Payment is due upon signing and then every 30 days thereafter.
All fees are non-refundable.
Fees are fixed during the Commitment Period but may be updated with 30 days’ written notice.
Payments are due in advance of service.
Past due accounts may be subject to collections, including attorney’s fees.
If Client provides credit card or bank details, Biziebiz is authorized to charge automatically.
Payment details may be updated by Biziebiz if notified by the bank or card provider.
Subscription renews monthly.
Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
Includes up to 90 minutes per billing cycle for research, profile updates, phone consults, reports, and emails.
Time allocation is at Biziebiz’s discretion.
Unused time does not roll over.
Biziebiz will design a custom site with essential pages.
Includes a walkthrough on completion.
No guarantees of increased sales or conversions.
Security: SSL and security measures can be implemented, but no guarantees against breaches.
Maintenance & Hosting: Client is responsible for maintenance unless subscribed to consulting with hosting included.
Ownership: Website remains Biziebiz property.
Client may use it while subscription is active.
Canceling consulting requires hosting fee (up to $29.95/mo).
Ownership transfer: one-time fee up to $250.
Provide original content/images.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Notify Biziebiz of errors or updates promptly.
Modifications after delivery: up to $50/hour.
Covers listings on Yelp, Google, HelloNeighbor.info.
Includes tasks like keyword selection, ad optimization, portfolio/blog updates, and category updates.
Up to 30 minutes per billing cycle included.
Fixed monthly cost, no rollover of unused time.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed under this agreement.
Intellectual property created by Biziebiz remains its property.
Client receives a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for agreed services.
Biziebiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to the total paid by the client in the past 3 months.
No guarantees of specific results from consulting, ads, or recommendations.
All sales are final.
No refunds for marketing, consulting, or profile management services.
No cancellations during contract term.
Month-to-month subscriptions must be canceled 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
No refunds for partial terms.

This document constitutes the full agreement and supersedes all prior agreements.
